Quatra serves +40.000 clients in Belgium, The Netherlands and France with the delivery and collection of cooking oil. To manage this large client base, we created the perfect mobile tools. Prepared for the trip

In the morning, when the Quatra driver gets in his truck, he will find his schedule for the day on his onboard tablet. It will tell him what products and material to load and which clients are expecting a visit.

Planning & navigation, a combination that works!

Loading the truck When the Quatra driver starts the day in his truck, he will find his up to date schedule on his on-board-unit. It will tell him what products and material to load and which clients are expecting a visit. The Odoo ERP is pushing all the information real-time to the different drivers.
On the map view He will have a visual and geographical overview of the clients he needs to visit. Based on this map, the driver can very easily decide in what order he wants to cover them.

Always up-to-date

When there is a change of plans during the day, the back-office can easily update the planning. The driver receives a notification in his truck. His planning is automatically synced.

Registration of the collected oil

Once the driver arrives at the client, he can seamlessly continue on his smartphone. The delivered and collected products can be scanned and registered.

Oil level indicator

To determine the oil level of the barrels, we created a visual indicator. This feed skips the conversion to kilos. It enables a fast, intuitive and more precise registration.

Checkout and sign-off

Finally, the app will calculate the bill. The client can review, pay and sign on the spot. Everything is instantly synced with the back-office.
